Network Engineers(2 vacancies)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor/maintain efficiency in network operations through implementation of network analyzers, network management software, and network monitoring systems
  • Operate, configure, and maintain modem, internet appliances and multiplexers
  • Handle the configuration, operation and maintenance of networking systems hardware and software
  • Implement and maintain management of cable facility and network monitoring systems
  • Analyze/troubleshoot network problems/trouble and provide first line of support in network operations and connectivity performance/utilization
  • Handle the implementation of backup for network configurations
  • Ensure that implemented projects and provided services are in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Handle and conceptualize IT account projects regarding network support such as preparation of project design (i.e. costing, specification, etc) and project implementation.
  • Coordinate activities regarding IT projects such as project planning to provide and maintain high quality products and services.
  • Prepare documentation for implemented projects.
  • Coordinate with other support groups and implement completion of service/modification orders

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience in handling network operations in a 24×7 environment
  • Willing to work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City, in a 24×7 shifting schedule
  • Effective oral and written English communication skills

Facilities Technician (Subic Bay, Olongapo City)(2 vacancies)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure data center equipment and facilities operates within maximum effectiveness and efficiency in accordance to ePLDT standard operating service levels
  • Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot data center equipment such as UPS, Genset, FAS, HVAC System, Fire Suppression, Access Controls and Security systems
  • Install racks, cages, cable trays and track accessories
  • Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain various electrical, mechanical, electronic, voice and data cabling systems
  • Respond to system maintenance emergencies whenever needed
  • Regularly conduct and implement preventive maintenance plan
  • Regularly conduct various testing devices to gauge system/equipment efficiency and diagnose malfunction
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of server areas
  • Provide support in the installation and operation of network and systems groups
  • Provide assistance to Sales Group by conduction physical site tours of data center facilities and equipment
  • Provide assistance in supervising the third-party contractors’ activities (i.e. repairs, installations, modifications) within the data center premises

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
  • With at least 2 years relevant work experience as technician/electrician
  • Experience in working in any of the following industries: data center, semi-conductor, call center, building or electronic plant facilities
  • Effective oral and written English communication skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office applications)
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Will be assigned in Subic Bay, Olongapo City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and update monthly lead schedule
  • Monitor company collections
  • Prepare report on summary of collections
  • Prepare invoice for the Company and its subsidiaries
  • Prepare and record in SAP OR.
  • Monitor liquidation of company advances
  • Manage employee’s salary deduction and unliquidated cash advances
  • Prepare and document journal entries for accruals, reversals, amortizations, adjusting entries and other monthly recurring transactions
  • Prepare schedule for accreditable withholding tax
  • Reconcile with third- party accounts receivables
  • Monitor and document contracts
  • Prepare weekly collections
  • Prepare notice of collection or demand letter for client’s unpaid collections

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • With at least 3 years work experience in accounts receivable
  • Experience in using SAP
  • Effective oral and written English communication skills
