JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Participate in end-to-end management of complex and major projects—from planning to transition. This includes project planning, time management, detailed scoping, capacity planning, change and risk management, etc.
  2. Monitor and report project status and performance
  3. Coordinate with concerned groups regarding processes, instructions, manpower allocation, technical requirements/solutions
  4. Relay directions, policies and procedures to all concerned personnel using prescribed communication channels.
  5. Handle document management systems such as coordinate preparation of user’s manual, project documentations (timeline, scheduling, milestones, etc).
  6. Meets with clients to determine scope of project scheduling and conducts status reviews on ongoing projects.
  7. Coordinate and assist preparation of test plans and coordinates the conduct of quality testing of products before release to clients.
  8. Identify and review client requirements. Determines initial project parameters and creates a process/work flow when necessary
  9. Make decisions on work processes to meet schedule and target productivity
  10. Investigate cause of delays, client-feedback and production errors and prepares report
  11. Initiate corrective measures and ensures that standards, procedures, and guidelines are implemented and well-documented
  12. Improvise and implement solutions to manage problems and ensure incidents reduced.
  13. Provide directions to team members on technical requirements/solutions, as well as processes related to the project
  14. Facilitate discussions with team regarding changes in instructions and project updates
  15. Entertain and answer questions and concerns coming from team members and clients regarding implemented projects.
  16. Recommend and implement process review and improvement
  17. Prepares written account of project/process particulars.
  18. Speak of ideas clearly and articulately in all presentation and situation may it be for internal or external clients; ensures that the point or idea is well expressed and understood.
  19. Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
  20. Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of any I.T. related Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have at least 3 years hands-on experience in project management
  • Able to lead project teams across all project lifecycle
  • Knowledgeable on MS project and MS Visio
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and client management skills
