Job Description

  • Conducts business analysis and documents the business requirement to be sourced from 3rd party providers
  • Creates a weighted scoring system to quantitatively and qualitatively determine the best fit solution providers
  • Verifies alignment of the work done by the solution provider to the documented business requirement during implementation (paid service), following the V-Model framework
  • Plans a timeline for completion of projects
  • Understands the client’s business needs
  • Implements a technological solution to meet business needs
  • Provides advice on technology best practices
  • Collaborates with alliances to ensure familiarity with technology
  • Helps execute product/business development plan for solutions
  • Monitors the success of solution during service delivery
  • Produces detailed reports on the efficacy of the asset
  • Works closely with the Alliances to ensure they are successful in the delivery of business requirements, making sure they have the technical resources and capabilities required
  • Ensures that 3rd party providers are willing to follow ePLDT’S privacy and security by design practice
  • Understands the technical requirements and works closely with the
  • Ecosystem to help guide the direction of product offerings
  • Initiates and coordinates internal quality assurance tests to verify accurate business requirement design

Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/4-year College Degree, Business/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
    Significant experience in sales, business development, and/or partner management
  • Demonstrates ability to engage and influence C-level executives
  • Strong presentation skills and can articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in technical pre-sales and/or solutions design/architecture/product development/business development and/or partner management
  • Experience working with/for Systems Integrators and knowing the market landscape
  • Exposure in scoping and business analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to business problems
