Job Description:
Helps troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related technical issues for customers or internal teams. They provide support for cloud-based applications, monitor system performance, and assist in maintaining cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve cloud-related technical issues.
• Monitor cloud system performance and troubleshoot basic errors.
• Assist in managing cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Support cloud security, networking, and storage configurations.
• Help document cloud solutions and support processes.
• Work with senior engineers to optimize cloud performance.
• Learn and follow best practices in cloud support and infrastructure management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or relevant certifications).
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with networking, security, and system administration.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills for handling support requests.
• Understanding of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Associate Cloud Engineer) are a plus but not required.
