Job Summary: 
 
An ICSO (Infrastructure & Cloud Services Operations) Infra Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. They ensure system availability, performance, and security while assisting in upgrades and incident resolution. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and cloud-related issues. 
• Assist in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. 
• Support incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis. 
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency. 
• Document system changes, configurations, and issue resolutions. 
 
Job Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
• 1-3 years in IT infrastructure, cloud services, or system administration. 
• Knowledge of servers, networks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). 
• Experience with Windows/Linux administration and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). 
• Familiarity with networking, firewalls, and security best practices. 
• Basic scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) are a plus. 
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills. 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document and follow processes.
